Dear diary :

I am writing because I wan´t  to say that I disagree with steroid use in sports.

I disagree because it is not fair for the other athletes that train hard every day that other athletes only using steroids can be better or winners. Besides it`s illegal.
In my case, I don´t know anybody that uses steroids, at least none of my friends use then, I have some that use proteins but not more that that.
Also the use of steroids has a lot of consequences, like shrinking testicles.
I really don`t know why athletes use steroids, on a day I meet a cyclist that say to me, " kid, is this world is nothing better than win something with your own effort"

So that is what I think, I hope diary that most of people think like, that would be awesome, but the only think that we can do is to stop the athletes that use them with more controls in important events.

my opinion about obecity

My name is Diego Gonzalez and I am 15years old, and I am obese. My wright is 115 and I can't stop eating. When I was younger I was thin, but then my fathers committed suicid and my friends at school started bulling me, so then I started eating. Every day I ate 3000 calories app, I started buying chocolates and icecreams and I coulden't stop getting fat.
But now it's different, now I understand that I have to stop, I don't have to think in my problems and I will think in my future, so I will start doing sports and eating less.

So this is my life, and I have take care about it, so I will change, YOU can change, and remember, you make t he different in your life, no body else.

Manorexia is the eating disorder that normally suffers the woman's but on mans.

In 50 words, summarize the reasons why manorexia is on the rise.

Basically this eating desorder that it names "manorexia" is increasing because of the popular images of perfect mans with perfects bodys, so when fat mans or mans with out this "perfect body's"  try to be like them, they start with this eating disorders.

Why is difficult to identify manorexics?

Diary Entry (correction)

Dear diary:                                                                         For the week of 7-14 January

                     It was a cold night of January when I realised that my strange neightbore was spying on me and watching me at night.

At the first time when I thought about this, I was scared, but when I wanted to know what was the problem of this guy. However, I dident have the balls to confront him.

Every night I got more scared, every night I feel his black shadow over me, abd I was close to feel what is he thinking. I was scared to go to the police, because I dident know if he was a psicopath or just retarded, or could be that he is sleep walking.

I dont know what is he thinking, and Im not sure if I want to know, but its something that Im sure that I want, and is that if he is gonna do something stupid or something to me, I hope it happens soon.

So diary, or reader, I just want to say that if I dont write here again, it because I am dead or that guy made something to me, so if you read this, go with the police and take this guy please.

Opinion Pice abaut Tattos

Having a tatto  is up to you, but you need to meet the requirements, I think that the tattoos misinterpreted society, because having a tattoo should not be reason to judge somebody.
 We'll, but we know that if you have a strange tattoo on your face you are going to be discriminated by the society because its something out of the normal routine.
But who knows, it could be that a person who has a tatto on the face is a good person and is studing, etc. We are wronge when we judge somebody just because has a tatto. We need to know that to have a right critic of somebody you need to know him. Otherwise, since we was childs our parents said to us: You cant judge a book by its cover. Do you know what a persn feels when he wants to have a job and nobody hires him because has a tatto? You need to to put yoursef in someone elses shoes.
So thats what I think, I like tattos and I dont have problems with them, but society bhas, and that is a mistake that we need to correct.
